Our Orlando office is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Our Celebration office is open only on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Patients are seen by appointment only. Walk-ins are not acceptable. Appointments are scheduled and designed to address multi-level reasons for your visit. Please note that if a patient comes in after your scheduled appointment, but is called back, they are there to have a procedure or a diagnostic test, not to see the doctor.

Please call our office 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment. Patients that fail to call and cancel 24 hour prior to their appointments will be subject to a $20.00 charge.

All our phone calls during office hours are logged into a "clinical notes system" which is reviewed by the nurses and Dr. Jones twice a day. If the phone call is not clinical in nature it will be forwarded to the appropriate department. All phone calls are returned within 24 hours or sooner depending on the urgency. After hour calls will be redirected to an automated voice mail when it's not urgent, and to an answering service when urgent. Dr. Jones or the "physician on call" will reply promptly.
